Class cards may also be purchased as a gift certificate.

STUDIO POLICY:

Single Classes:
Currently, we do not offer single (drop-in) classes. For continuity, our public classes are offered as a series. If you are new to Prakas Yoga Studio and would like to try a single class before registering for a session, please contact me, in-advance, so I know to expect you.

Class Cards:
Please purchase a class card for each new session offered. Class cards do not roll over from one session to another. If you are travelling for part of anny session, contact me before you register, so I can prorate the session for you. Class cards non-refundable, non-transferable and non-shareable.

Course Fees:
All courses have start and end dates. We required a minimum of six students to run any course.
All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations/Closings:
Check our online calendar to make sure your class is in session.
All cancellations will be posted on the calendar one hour before class start time.

Financial Limits:
We never turn people away for lack of funds! If you unable to afford classes, please call us ahead of time. We have both partial work exchange (pay half-trade half) or a full work study option. 

Work Study:
We have one year round workstudy options available. Workstudy is an exchange of labor towards the full cost of classes. This work includes putting up posters, cleaning the studio, grounds work, gardening or tech support. Tell us what your special skills are. Dedicated students with financial need only, may apply.

Refunds:
Courses are refundable up to one week before start date, minus a 20% administration fee. Your registration may be applied in full to another program within 12 months. If the studio cancels the series, we will refund your registration (minus any credit card charges). You may apply your payment to another workshop, program or class card.

Workshops are refundable up to two weeks prior to workshop date, minus a 20% administration fee. 
No refunds will be issued after this period, unless the workshop fills to capacity and we can fill your spot from a wait list. If we cancel the workshop, we will refund your payment in full (minus any cc charges). You may apply your payment to another workshop, program or class card.

Specialty programs are refundable up to two weeks prior to start date, minus a 20% administrative fee. After the start date, no refunds will be issued. You may apply your payment to another workshop, program or class card.

Online Courses: No refunds are available for online courses.
